Covid-19 Office Procedures

At our office, we have procedures and protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines and state requirements, to keep our patients and colleagues safe.

What we are doing to ensure your safety:

  • Practitioners wear surgical masks during all sessions and while in the office.
  • Practitioners wash hands between patients and use 70% alcohol-based sanitizer with patients, before and after touching anything, including patients.
  • All high-touch surfaces are sanitized between patients, and at the end of the day with Covid-19 killing disinfectants.
  • We have alcohol-based hand sanitizer and tissues in the office.
  • We are ensuring social distancing by asking that you do not come early for your appointment, and that you come alone into the office.
  • We check temperature and oxygen level when you enter the treatment room.
  • We have a plastic bin for personal items you wish to remove before treatment.
  • Contact-free and online payment are available, and we have sanitized pens.
  • We will contact you before your appointment and request that you complete a COVID-19 waiver electronically. A copy will be furnished to you upon request.

We ask the following from you:

  • Before each appointment, you will receive a short questionnaire by email. This pre-screening must be filled out online before every appointment.
  • Wear a mask for your appointment.
  • Please do not arrive early and sit in the waiting room.
  • Don't bring unnecessary items; bags, computers, umbrellas, water bottles, etc.
  • When you arrive, please wait outside the building, and text 617-645-0073.
  • We will call to let you know when you can come into the office.
  • Please wash your hands with soap and water before and after each session.
  • As you enter, please try to avoid touching any surfaces.
  • We encourage respiratory etiquette from you; please cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, and then throw tissue into our touch-free barrels.
  • Please avoid touching your face.
  • Stay home if you feel ill, have respiratory or digestive symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 14 days.
  • Sign our COVID-19 waiver in the office if you have not done so electronically. To view waiver, click here. Print, sign, and bring to your appointment.
